Hey, I really love this product! I just received the identical message that they can not fulfill my order!!???? The Talking Hulk came with useless batteries - when I contacted the seller, the seller said that the toy used to be over 10 12 monthss outdated, so they were not stunned that the batteries were useless! It would've been nice to know. Very disappointing for us and our grandson.
