My 10 yr outdated grandson requested for this toy for Christmas. Although it was once fun building it at the beginning, it doesn't have as much "replay" value as different toys, like the Castle legos do. He did use a few of its phases together with hellos other Legos to make various factors. He says it was as quickly asn't as much fun as he idea it would be, it has no "pizazz". He is a huge SpongeBob fan, however this toy just "isn't exciting enough". He preferred the Bikini Bottom Express better.

This is in level of fact a cute set. The crabby patties are simply lovely, and the youngsters love taking phase in with all of the minifigures. However, this set takes an awfully long time to assemble and once it is executed, well, it simply would not keep together very lengthy at all and won't face up to much play. This one actually introduced some tears because it just took SO much time and when it used to be completed, fell apart so in no time. If you might be on the seemout for the minifigures, then go ahead and take a seem at to find it on sale someplace like we did. But if you might be on the appearout for a collection with a objective to withstand play, neatly, I'd recommend getting something like Indiana Jones or Power Miners.

However, I do suggest this set slightly because of the distinctiveness of it and I truthfully suppose it will be a collector's merchandise in time.

Not excellent for 5 and 6.5 yr outdated boys.
I put it collectively and the boys simply keep seeking to play with it and it falls apart.
Very disappointed.
