Hey there, I really love the product! I just received a similar message that they can't fulfill my order!!???? I have NO complaints about it product, and I expect it to become bit messy in summer time!. Why is this product no more available from the supplier? This worm farm used to be interesting put together, but be warned this will also be very flimsy. It is produced from styroam and plastic and isn't very portable. The mail-in certificate for worms as marketed is misleading - it's a must to pay extra money to get a equipment. It is cheaper to head to a bait store and purchase nightcrawlers to position within the container. This finaled about a month at my home and I ended up tossing it within the garbage. Very cheaply made and no lengthyer worth what you pay for it. You could make your own.
